This month marks LIVEcommunity’s 8 year anniversary!
LIVEcommunity certainly has evolved over the years, and we couldn't have done it without our amazing network and worldwide community of members. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our community over the years! You’ve helped make it an amazing place to connect, learn, collaborate, and share knowledge.
To celebrate LIVEcommunity's birthday, we'd like to reflect on some of our major accomplishments:
In March 2023, LIVEcommunity hit an all-time high of 1 million page views! This is a positive indicator that more people are leveraging online self-help resources to find answers, best practices, and peer-to-peer support.
The LIVEcommunity team was recognized with a 2022 Khoros Kudos Award in the Partners for Life, which selects the top company that “has taken advantage of Khoros’ experience in innovation and partnership to align people, processes and technology to better connect with their customers in all ways.” In the past couple of years we experienced a UX refresh as well as a complete revamp of our community homepage.
LIVEcommunity is available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese, in addition to English. We are grateful to be able to better serve employees, partners, and customers in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond by providing resources and discussions in their native language.
In the past 8 years, the LIVEcommunity has built many dedicated areas and resources to Palo Alto Networks products and tools. Our goal is to have the most relevant and up-to-date information to help our members find exactly what they need.
