If you are a new Next-Generation Firewall customer, the Day 1 Configuration is now offered as part of the new customer registration process. Read how the Day 1 Configuration tool can help you save time and reduce errors with NGFW configuration.
Are You a New Palo Alto Networks Customer?
Have you purchased a Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) and are ready to get started? Have you registered in the Customer Support Portal (CSP)? If yes, the next time you sign in to the CSP, you can save significant time configuring your NGFW by running a Day 1 Configuration.
We recently implemented a new feature that brings newly registered NGFW customers directly into the Day 1 Configuration path. By running a Day 1 Configuration as a part of your device registration process, you are accelerated on to a proven path of success.
What it Means for You:
A majority of best practices are applied in the configuration at the onset of your NGFW journey.
You reduce the time needed to configure firewalls and reduce the possibility for errors.
New customers registering for the CSP who have purchased a NGFW will be shown a message similar to the one below during their first visit to the CSP.
Tell Us What You Think
We are constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve the Customer Experience. If you have thoughts and feedback to share, we would love to hear them in the comments below! You may also visit the Next-Generation Firewall Resource Page to engage with other NGFW customers.
