We're currently encountering problems with some of our endpoints as our agents are not upgrading. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? and its support acs signature

There could be varied number of reasons for XDR agents not upgrading to the latest version. One of the major reasons would also be the support for Azure Code signing and its patch associated installed on the endpoints. Recommendation would be to retrieve Tech Support files from the agent and open a support case for investigation on the root cause.
