Allowing access to a specific IP while blocking the rest of IPs in XDR host firewall

Is there a way to allow access to only one IP on an endpoint while blocking all the other IPs at the same time in xdr host firewall.

I tried using the official documentation , but it's not working

XDR host Fw is at the end just giving the Fw rules to the windows OS Fw. So if this is possible in Windows (Please check windows documentation), it should be possible to create the rules from the XDR perspective. 

Make sure of the former and if there is some bug please open a TAC support case
