Assistance Needed: Blocking URLs (Google Docs & Gmail, TeamViewer and others)

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with configuring a policy within in my version of Cortex XDR Pro.

As part of the migration process, I need to restrict access to Google Docs and Gmail, TeamViewer and others to ensure the blocking.

Any additional information or recommendations you can offer regarding this specific situation would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you require further details about my migration timeline or current Cortex configuration.

Hope you are doing well and thank you for reaching out to Live Community. From the query above I believe you would  like to block URLs to some of the websites such as Gmail. Please note that we do not have any straight forward way of achieving this as this is something which needs to be configured on NGFWs. 

The best way to achieve this is to configure rules on Firewalls and the block for the required URLs should happen. Thank you.
