why brokervm showing disconnected in xdr console how to do get to know what had happen and how get in connected state.

Reason for broker vm in disconnected state are mainly either network issue between Broker vm and cortex XDR or the server on which broker vm is running is down. You can verify the broker vm status from XDR console. Status indicator in the form of LED represent different reasons with different colours, as shown below.
Black—Disconnected to Cortex XDR
Red - Disconnected from Cortex XDR
Orange—Past Version
Green—Connected, Current Version
Please make sure broker vm server is up and running. Secondly check network connectivity.
Please confirm if there is no issue on server and/or network side.
