VDI flagging as "Standard" install type

L3 Networker

I am not our virtual infrastructure guy, but he is stating that the VDI=1 flag is set on the golden image, however, the column "Installation Type" in the console is showing standard.

Has anyone else every had this issue? Normally I wouldn't care about it but it's not returning licenses back to the pool correctly.

Hi CraigV123,

Im not sure what could have happened to not to reflect on the console the VDI as such.

Let me remember to always follow the installation and configurations manuals step by step, 1 step missing can cause a later confusion/error that nobody knows where is it coming from.

Check the VDI section

Im not sure if this is happening to all your VDIs or just to some of them ?

My recommendation is to reinstall and follow step by step the manuals, it seems that something went wrong at installation time.
