CIE having issues?

Hi team

 

Just now I noticed a banner saying CIE not sync'ed for 72 hours (screenshot attached).

 

It happened to all our managed clients at about the same time so I'd like to ask here first if this is currently a known issue?

Yes we do have the same behaviour on multiple xdr tenants.

 

Did you find the cause for this error?

Same issue here. It looks like the CIE is working fine and has the most recent data, but the sync from CIE to the Cortex XDR tenants is just broken. 

It is mixed for us... Some has most recent data on CIE while some has successfully sync'ed the last time >72 hours ago.

 

On Cortex XDR it's consistent. Last updates > 72 hours ago.

Happened in our tenant also. I submitted a case and support mentioned there was a "known issue." Haven't been advised on the RCA.
