Changing Broker VM's internal network subnet

L1 Bithead

Hi all

Is there a way to change the internal network subnet through other means other than the webui?

The default 172.17.0.1/16 collides with the network this broker vm is on. We are having trouble accessing the webui but somehow we can ssh in. Wanted to rule out the IP conflict issue before trying other things.

Thanks

Tum

Hi @tmeksik, thanks for reaching us using the Live Community.

If the BrokerVM is connected in the XDR Console, you can change it from the Console itself. Go to Settings - Configurations - Data Broker - Broker VMs and edit the Broker configuration.

If the Broker VM virtual machine container allows you to use a visual console you can use it:

You can't change the interfaces IPs using SSH, there is no permission to do that.
