Hi Community,
Good day!
We are unable to see the logs in the Cloud identity engine log viewers. if possible, Could you please suggest a way to get logs from the Directories?

As per your query on you are unable to see the logs in the Cloud identity engine log viewers and want to know a way to get logs from the Directories. Log viewers as shared in your screenshot shows authentication events with the Cloud Authentication service which you may use for troubleshooting authentication issue with the Cloud Identity Engine.

Regarding logs from directories could you elaborate what logs you are referring here which you want to get? Assuming CIE has been set up correctly if you want to view ingested data you can use pan_dss_raw dataset to view your Cloud Identity Engine data.
