Hello everyone,
does anybody know if the Cortex XDR agent for Linux systems is officially certified for SAP HANA environments (Redhead) ?
Are there any documentations about this? Haven´t found anything to this.
Thanks and regards,
Tobias

Hi @Tobias_Bartsch ,
currently we do not support agent installation on endpoints on SAP HANA architecture.
Hope this helps.

Hi @Tobias_Bartsch ,
Thank you for writing to live community!
We support only standard distros of linux with standard kernel version support on them.
I am appending the link for Linux compatibility matrix for installation for your reference.
Hope this helps!

Hi @neelrohit,
thanks for your reply and sharing those references.
I knew this list and Redhead is also mentioned, but is there any offical certification for SAP HANA?
Do you know?
If it´s not, we need to think about another solution for those systems.
Thanks 🙂
Tobias

Hi @Tobias_Bartsch ,
I understand your query now. As per my understanding you intend to check if installing XDR agent on endpoints running SAP HANA applications is officially certified. We will check this internally and let you know if the installation and running is supported on this environment.

You´re right 🙂
Thanks in advanced.
