Hi,
is there a way to configure a robocall on Cortex XDR so that if a high or critical incident raises, I'll get an automated call to my phone notifying me about an incident? Maybe someone of y'all already have such configuration and would like to share?

Unfortunately, Automated call notification is not a supported feature currently, the available options for Notification Forwarding are Email Distribution or configuring the desired Slack channel, or any Syslog receiver forwarding integrated with your Cortex XDR tenant.
Please find the below link to current Notification Forwarding offerings from Palo Alto Networks. You can choose based on your requirements.
That being said, this will be considered as a feature enhancement request to work on accordingly.
