Default Landing Page & Incidents Filter

L1 Bithead

Is there a way to set the system (with cookies enabled, or not) to default to the Incidents Page when first loading? IOW instead of going to the default dashboard have it load the Investigations/Incidents section as default.

Also, when going to to the Incidents page, can you set a default filter to load without having to select one? Right now you need to select your saved filter, it would be nice to have one defaulted for each user if wanted. It currently loads new/under investigation w/last 30 days.

Hi @JamesPoehlman

Currently, there's no way to change your default landing page. As a workaround, you can bookmark the incidents URL for your tenant, which should take you directly to the incidents page. The URL should adhere to the following: https://[tenant _name].xdr.[region].paloaltonetworks.com/incidents.

As for the filter, the last filter set should be persistent, provided you have cookies enabled on your browser. If it is not, the next step would be to open a case with support.
