Hi,

 

Does anyone know if what is stored in this Cortex XDR agent path /opt/traps/download/content can be deleted?

It is not recommended to delete the files or contents of the /opt/traps/download/content directory because it contains binary files, as well as Content Update and Upgrade Package Authentication fails generated by content updates.

The content stored in the  directory on a Cortex XDR (formerly known as Traps) agent system should not be deleted manually without proper guidance from your organization's IT or security team, as it may contain critical files related to the operation of the endpoint security software.  check subway gift card balance

directory, it's advisable to contact your IT or security department for guidance. They can provide you with the appropriate instructions for managing the Cortex XDR agent and its associated files to ensure that your endpoint security remains effective and reliable.
