Hi Team


I am getting an error while onboarding the firewall to the Cortex Data Lake (CDL)


Error message: Customer is not Provisioned in CSP


PAN-OS version: Later 10.0.1


Tried all the steps as per the firewall onboarding with the CDL (later >10.0.1)

Install the device certificate

Please ensure you have the firewall serial number listed in the asset list on the Customer Support Portal associated to the Data Lake license and serial where you are provisioning this firewall for log forwarding. Device certificate match that you have been attempting will work only in circumstances where the asset provisioned supports log forwarding license to the same CSP SKU for CDL.


If not listed, please validate your license support SKUs and open a TAC case accordingly.
