Hello,
Anyone have experience installing XDR agent on on-prem cluster with docker installed.
The agent compatibility matrix mentioned XDR version 8.6 is supported
However, the agent installation guide only Cloud service provider.
Any further information/install guide if we deploy the agent on private/on-prem cloud?
Thank in advance,
SdG

Hi @SeanDeHarris ,
You can install Cortex XDR agent on kubernetes clusters as per your use cases starting agent 7.6 and above. The license that is required is cloud per host. While the name appears to be for cloud based K8s, the logic is still the same as it is designed for kubernetes installations. You can also install the normal Pro per EP agent by creating Kubernetes package for your K8 instances, as we do not enforce license as of now. However, you can expect the Cortex XDR to prompt you of license violation in general.
The on-prem K8s can also be installed as usual as well.
