Not Able to pause Endpoint Protection

Hello , 

There are few endpoints even after clicking pausing endpoint protection .It is not allowing it to pause the endpoints protection .

HI @Shashanksinha ,

 

Can you please check if the agents are on minimum compatible version(7.7 and above) to support pausing endpoint protection? If yes, Reuqest you to kindly collect tech support files from the agents and please report the issue to our TAC teams for support.

 

As a workaround, you can create a policy rule with following settings:

 

  1. Agent settings with Pro capabilities disabled
  2. Malware Profile with all modules set to Disabled
  3. Exploit Profiles with all modules set to Disabled.

this should work equivalent to the pause endpoint protection feature.
