are we allowed as cortex xdr customers to penetrate the security suite through other researchers/analysts like TPSC https://thepcsecuritychannel.com/ ? They will also put a video on youtube.

Hi @Cyber1985 Palo Alto Networks has a coordinated vulnerability disclosure process. You can report any vulnerabilities either through your SE/CS teams, or through the portal at https://security.paloaltonetworks.com/report.

I personally feel that it wont be a valid test to test Cortex XDR with the methodology used on TPSC. I have seen videos of other AV vendors on that Youtube channel too, I think TPSC test can be valid for signature based AVs more.
