Problems updating the agent

Hello colleagues!

 

I'm having trouble updating my agents to versions 8.7 and 8.8. The current versions are 8.5 and 8.6.

 

When performing the update, the following error appears:

 

"The content package was faulty or could not be downloaded."

 

Checking the retrival support files, the installation log shows the following:

"Upgrade state: Not Executed"

Hello C.Labra, 

I see those agent versions are end of life, anyways if the agents are connected to the console, it should be possible to still upgrade them to maintained versions.

I recommend to do the following: 

  1. Check that those agents have connection to the XDR tenant console
  2. If they are connected and still not upgraded, please open a TAC support ticket since this needs further investigation
