Hello dear community,
we are running several terminal server (MS Windows) and we would like to now, why these ones (installed with TS_ENABLED=1) do not get upgraded automaticliy, when there is a new agent version available.

That's by design - autoupgrades are not available for temporary sessions. Temporary sessions are temporary, and are not defined to last for long periods of time that span an upgrade. You will need to point your automation script to use a new installer for subsequent installs.
