Hi, I'm trying to export issues and cases from XSIAM but i don't see any options available to do this. This is our client requirement. can anybody help on this.
I should be able to fully export any issue. Appreciate your help

Good morning,
To export the Issues, first apply the filters you want in the tab/view. Then click the download button “Export to File”.
Another option is to use XQL, filtering by the Cases and Issues datasets (or the legacy Alerts and Incidents datasets), and then export the results you retrieve.

Thanks for the response. Issues can be exported.. However, we are looking for case details with all tab information ( This will vary based on the case templates and custom fields applied). we wanted to export case information in PDF format.

Have you tried generating a table in XQL using the Incidents or Cases dataset? You should be able to export it as a CSV.
If not, the Agentic Assistant called Case Investigation can create summaries of cases, but typically in TXT format.
Otherwise, the best option is to reach out to Customer Success and see how they can support you.
