Our deploymentt is multi-tenant deployment. When i run "!Github-get-file-content" command, i get an error some tenants (Bucket not found) but other tenants it work.
What is cause of this error?

You may need to replicate that, and grab a log bundle. Set it to debug (Settings -> About -> Troubleshooting), recreate the issue and take a look at the logs for the Accounts that failed to run it.
Alternatively open a support ticket and upload the logs and let Support take a look at it.
