Hey Community,

we're encountering an issue with wildfire instance where the upload file command is throwing an error that " scheduled entry timed out" in the playbook  . Please find the attachment for error snap .

Thank you for reaching out to us about this question. Regarding the wildfire error, looks like it is almost entirely timeout errors for the request. We do advise you to test longer periods of time.

 

In addition, you can follow these steps to address the issue:

  • Review Timeout Settings, you can check the timeout settings for the task or playbook associated with the scheduled entry. Ensure that the timeout duration allows sufficient time for the task to complete its execution.
  • Check Wildfire API Limits if your playbook makes frequent requests to the Wildfire API you may have to reconsider the rate limits and usage quotas. For example, if there are excessive API calls within a short period can lead to timeouts. Implementing caching mechanisms or batching requests to minimize the number of API calls could be another option to consider.
