Getting error 404 issue does not exist in jira-create-issue

I have created a playbook and added a automation as jira-create-issue but every time I am getting error as 404 issue does not exist.

Please help what am I missing..

I have attached one screenshot which includes command and error.
Jira is integrated in XSOAR, in a playbook there is a task to create jira ticket for which I am getting this- status code 404 issue does not exist.

Hi Himangi,

Are you able to use the command to create any tickets at all? I would suggest trying to create a test ticket with some basic parameters to validate the command. If nothing works, are you able to create a support case?
