When setting up my account, I must have quickly clicked through my 2nd factor options and now I'm stuck using email for my 2nd factor. I'd like to switch to using an app such as Google Authenticator. How can I change it?

Hi, XSOAR v6/v8 does not have a built-in MFA feature. I think you're using a SAML-based SSO setup(v8) or an integration(v6).
For both, the auth flow comes from your identity provider and the MFA validation happens there and your validated session ends on XSOAR. So, in summary, you can't fix it on XSOAR.
I suggest consulting with your IT/Identity management team about how to reset your MFA enrollment on your provider.
