I have exactly the same question, in today's webinar Aneesha said that there's no limit for the number of lists that can be created, but theres a limit in the size of the lists, but I have no answer yet.

Today I found that the size limit is near 1MB, and with this size there's a message telling that the data is too big to display it's content.

Hi all,
There is no limit on the data size uploaded to lists. After 1MB you won't be able to see the data displayed in the UI, but you can still download it and read/use it in a playbook.
Having said that, please monitor the % storage utilization of your demisto db. Uploading large files to Lists could lead to performance issues.
