Hi,
Anyone encountered the following error when executing "wfr-status"?

This seems like a network error so please reach internally to your networking team to resolve this issue.
As preliminary testing I'd recommend making sure you can ping the host from the XSOAR SSH session or CLI. If that isn't successful then there is definitely something that needs to be evaluated and your XSOAR cannot reach the requested IP for one reason or another. It depends on your network configuration so it needs to be evaluated on a case by case basis. Work internally with your networking team so this can be resolved since we can't do anything as XSOAR has its hands tied.

Hi Ivetto,
I have checked on my test VM and there isn't any 10.0.2.2 configured. If I ping using OS console, there is no ping returned. However, within XSOAR, I used !Ping ip:10.0.2.2. It returns with a result.
I hope to know where to change the IP settings within XSOAR so to reflect the correct IP.
Any advise is greatly appreciated.
