XSOAR Engine Integration issue

L0 Member

Hi,

I installed engine using Shell following instructions on https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XSOAR/8/Cortex-XSOAR-Administrator-Guide/Install-a.... Then when trying to configure Syslog v2 integration I got multiple errors. First one was related to inability to create /home/demisto folder which was solved by me manually creating demisto folder.

When testing integration I choose it to run on engine I created, I tried with default 514 port and some random like 2124, but I am getting error: "Script failed to run: Docker code runner got container error: [Docker code script is in inconsistent state, expected pong but didn't got any response, exit error: Container exit with error. container name: [demistoserver_pyexec-c390cb0e-b6bd-46e4-8f55-45b4dbd723c1-demistosyslog1.0.0.87503--21] error: [exit status 125] stderr: [docker: Error response from daemon: error while creating mount source path '/usr/local/demisto/_script_docker_python_loop.py': mkdir /usr/local/demisto: read-only file system. ] (2619) (2610)] (2611) (2603)".

Anyone has any idea what could be a problem?

Thanks!

Hi,

I recommend creating a case with Support so they can take a closer look at this, also please upload the logs so they can see what's going on the backend.
