Dear Palo Alto Support Team,
We are the partner/vendor assisting our client with their firewall management. The client currently has a PA-450 (S/N: 023209008637) that needs to be licensed.
However, due to internal IT personnel turnover, the client has lost the login credentials and does not know which email address the device was originally registered under.
We have attached the screenshot of the device's General Information and the new license Auth Code. Could you please help us check which email account currently owns this asset? If the original account is no longer accessible, please assist us in transferring this asset to the client's new administrator email: lucy_chen@auras.com.tw
