transfering license without a CSP account

Hello,
I hope someone can help me.
I tried to find myself the answer but looks like I'm getting a chicken-and-egg problem.
To accelerate the learning curve, I've bought a PA-440 on ebay.
To transfer the device, I need a CSP account but since I don't have yet a device, I cannot create an account. How can I create an account in these conditions?
We intend to follow this procedure

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @catalin.ciubotariu ,

Please read Palo Alto Networks' second market policy for requirements:

https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/support-policies/secondary-market-policy

If you have additional questions on the secondary market policy, please contact your local sales representative.

Kind regards,

-Kim.

Hi Kim,

I'm not very happy with what I'm reading here and for the sake of completion, for others to see:

Any licenses or subscriptions that come with the device are not transferrable to you and are considered expired by Palo Alto Networks. Palo Alto Networks will have no obligation to provide any support or services under any previous licenses or subscriptions that come with the purchased device.

I hope that after the current license expires, I will be able to register my device and buy a new license. The device has a lab license and I boughted for learning purposes as well. In my opinion PaloAlto Networks should make a distinction between comercial and lab purposes and not apply the same law to everyone.

Thanks,

Catalin
