Expedition will not pull contents from PAN. I add my pan with no issues, but when I pull contents nothing pulls. I can see configured account login to creating the API from PAN system logs but nothing else after that not even the attempts when I initiate the content pull.
Pan info:
VM Mode Microsoft Azure running software version 11.1.2-h1

Thanks for reaching out.
When doing the pull Expedition generates a debug.txt log on /home/userSpace/devices
Could you check that file?
Also, the task manager needs to be up and running, could you check the status?

David, thank you for the help. Yes I have green check in top right corner showing task is running. I attached image of dugub.txt message pertaining to this connection.

Based on your screenshot, it looks like the credentials are invalid.
Could you try to generate a new key for the used user and try it again?
