Expedition GUI not Available

L0 Member

I installed Ubuntu 16.04 using AMD 64 bit server installer, then downloaded the expedition installer, unpacked, changer permissions ran the script and tried to access the Expedition gui using the IP the machine received and nothing comes up. Has the installation method changed? is there a way to view whether it is actually running everything necessary?

I tried updating, but it was already up to date. It is working now, didn't do anything, so this was a mystery.

@tbrancato Try running $sudo apt-get update and $sudo apt-get install expedition-beta again, check if there is any error message in /tmp/error , you should be able to go to https://expeditionIP , try to do ifconfig -a , make sure you got the correct IP.
