Enhanced Security Measures in Place: To ensure a safer experience, we’ve implemented additional, temporary security measures for all users.

Hello All,
we have done a Migration from Checkpoint (R80.20) to Palo Alto with Expedition. Everything is working good and the Configuration is already imported into the new 5200 Cluster. Since there are more than 3000 Security Policies, we have done some checks to make sure that all Options and Zones are there (Auto Zone assignment worked really well!).
Now, we have faced an Issue with User-ID. All the Security Policies from Checkpoint with Users assigned to it have been migrated, but the Source is always ANY. When i check the User-ID under Objects, it is also empty. Is there any Way to migrate the User-ID Infos as well ?
Best regards

Hello @Lukas.Schmitz
No, sorry userID is not supported as a migration from checkpoint to Palo Alto. You will have to add this part in manually as part of your continuous improvement process once migrated over.
