One of the Security policies has a spinning circle with X. It is not flagged under project statistics.
Any ideas why and how to fix?

The spining circle is a feedback method to let you know that there are Monitoring messages related to that object.
If you edit the object, you will find the tab with "Warnings" where you could read what you should check.
