How to migrate DHCP setting and Interface profiles?

L2 Linker

Hi everybody,

I have to migrate firewalls managed by old Panorama and having many local settings to new Panorama.

When I do it using Expedition, DHCP configuration and management interface profiles are missing, so I have to add them to new Panorama config using CLI. Is there a way how to migrate whole local fw configuration to Panorama using Expedition?

Thank you,

Jan

Hi Jan_Linhart,

For your case, you might not need to use Expedition, have you try using below feature in Panorama?

Hi Lychiang,

I'm aware of this function, but it cannot be used in this case.

We need to keep firewalls up and running managed by old Panorama. In the meantime, I need to prepare device group and Template in new Panorama (containing merged old Panorama and local FW settings) and FW can be migrated to new Panorama in maintanance window only.

Thank you. Jan
