Merge button doesn't appear after drag and drop.
After I drag my vsys to the vsys in the imported panorama configuration on the right side, merge button is still greyed out.

if you expand the folders that you merged into (in the abse config) do you seen objects in a 'pending' state? IF yes that will trigger the option to merge.
if you do not see objects in the folder(s) in a oending state then the merge button will not be available.
