Out of memory error when creating a new project and importing Apps/urls from panorama

L0 Member

When creating a project while importing apps/url-catagories from panorama generates a blank error box:

Reviewing /var/log/apache2/error.log reveals an out of memory issue:

[Thu Aug 08 15:57:50.027529 2019] [:error] [pid 2779] [client <EDIT>:20301] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16384 bytes) in /var/www/html/bin/authentication/projects/projects.php on line 821, referer:  <EDIT>

I tried adding an override to allow up to 8gb of ram, and it keeps failing. Anyone else having this issue?

As a workaround can you add the device after the project has been created. This seems to be an issue with the currenrt release.

This means that there is a loop in the dependencies definition.

If you could share the applications.xml that your device is having (within the Contents view of the device), we can try to figure out where this loop is being generated.

Thanks
