Remote Exception Not a valid CSRF token after update to 1.2.35

L3 Networker

After upgrading a working expedition to 1.2.35 I am getting the Remote Exception Not a valid CSRF token once logged in. Additionally I am unable start the task manager (PanReadOrders)

There was a previous thread on this (https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/expedition-discussions/remote-exception-not-a-valid-csrf-token/...) but no resolution, I tried clearing cookies, etc as mentioned on the thread, but no success.

@lychiang - This did not appear to make a difference, I am still unable to start the task manager:

@lychiang version is 16.04.4 LTS and I do not see any errors files in /tmp
