Could you elaborate your issue?

Also please could you check on below files for troubleshooting purposes?

  • /tmp/error
  • /home/userSpace/panReadOrders.log
  • /home/userSpace/devices/debug.txt

Also make sure the agent / Task Manager section on the Dashboard is up and running.
