The Virtual Test Lab (VTL) offers an environment where users can practice and get familiar with the Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewall. The pre-built lab environment provides access to a Windows Server OS, two Linux server OSes and a Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewall.  It allows users a fully isolated environment to freely configure and test different scenarios. Use this virtual playground to learn and test features or complex topics that you might not be able to do in your production network.

The Virtual Test Lab helps Fuel members:

  • Get hands-on experience with the interface at your own pace
  • Discover any challenges or benefits in advance of production implementations
  • Dig into new features, run reports, configure policies and much more
  • Allows new employees a virtual test lab to experiment and learn prior to working in your production environment

To access the Virtual Test Lab:

Step 1: Download the Virtual Test Lab Quick Start Guide

Step 2: Request your 4-hour Virtual Lab Session today by filling out this form

Pro tip: Downloading the Quick Start Guide prior to your lab session will help you hit the ground running.

Hello,

Sorry but totally confused by reading the documentation.  So I believe I created a 'Fuel Account' as I got an email to that affect.  I log on and cannot see how to navigate to the lab.

I read the pdf that is advised to read and cannot see how/where to log in from.  Please note that in the pdf the Figure 1 screenshot is not really legible.

Am I supposed to receive a email from CloudShare Hosting or something to that affect.  Sorry but I just cannot navigate the site to see how to log on and nothing in the comments section is helping.  I do not recall receiving an email from CloudShare and when I try to log on

Can someone look into this after Memorial Day so I can access the labs as am really interested in using them.

Regards,

Patrick

Will this have all the full NGFW features, especially the ones that will be on the NetSecPro and NGFW engineer cert exams? Being able to get hands-on training for all of those full features is a must-have. Hoping there's a way to make this happen. These firewalls are solid products.

@A.Goulette165989  - thank you for your question.  I don't have the details about what all is going to be needed for those two cert exams.  I will reach out to you via LIVE to try to get more information and see what we can do.  Thanks for your question!
