We here at Fuel, the sister community to LIVEcommunity, are thrilled to announce the launch of our new series, Fuel Workshops.
Working in conjunction with Palo Alto Networks support teams, these interactive online events will cover NGFW capabilities and beyond in an effort to familiarize customers with the entire Palo Alto Networks ecosystem. After the workshop concludes, the recording(s) will be posted on the Fuel Workshop playlist on LIVEcommunity's YouTube channel. You can also find a list of past Fuel Workshop recordings here.
These sessions are intended to provide accessible, live, virtual Day 1 training sessions. These workshops are designed to help new customers and partners familiarize themselves with the full Palo Alto Networks ecosystem, offering hands-on guidance and technologies like NGFW, Strata, Prisma Cloud and more. Each session is tailored to empower users with practical skills and insights, ensuring they can effectively leverage Palo Alto Networks products to enhance their cybersecurity posture.
Some of the topics we've covered thus far include threat protection best practices which include setup and configuration of the NGFWs, configuration and troubleshooting of GlobalProtect implementations on the small and large scale and how to debug more advanced topics like high data plane utilization.
