AD status showing in monitoring tab as host unreachable

We are facing an issue as while integrating agentless user id integration.

 

AD is pingable from management as well trust interface but in the Server monitoring TAB the status is showing

Status is showing Host Unreachable

PANOS 6.0.9

Sometime if the permission are not correct on the username that you have added to the firewall firewall shows access denied. However your case is different but check the following documents once.

you have to enter the username in format domainname\username

 

Try giving admin permission to that account it might help. However admin permission are not required.
