Agentless User-ID - change password

L2 Linker

Hi 2 all

We have working Agentless User-ID and User-Based and Group-Based Policy

Special AD-account, "pauser" have necessary permissions.

I found, what its login and password is configured in

Device > User Identification > User Mapping > WMI Autentication

Device > Server Profiles > Ldap  > "Name of LDAP Profile"

I need to change password for this domain account.

Tell me, please, how to do this most painlessly. What should be the sequence of steps?

Thank.

the least painless way to go about this is to create a new account with the same permissions and a new password and then gradually switch over all clients using the account (firewall, agents,..) and then terminating the old account this will also surface anyone or anything using the account in an undocumented fashion
