Anydesk issue.

Hi everyone!
I have some issues with anydesk application. It has ssl issue because of decryption, I think.

I've added *.anydesk.com ind 'SSL decryption exclusion', but it didn't worked.

Maybe some of you have faced such kind of issue?

While your solution worked great for older AnyDesk versions, with the current one I wasn't able to connect anymore.

Instead of using a custom URL category, I use these two FQDNs (which currently provide over 500 IP addresses!) in my no decrypt rule:

• relays.net.anydesk.com
• relays-2.net.anydesk.com

Can be used also FQDN's but you need to take into account some limitations:

• A standard FQDN object can map up to 32 IP addresses. The firewall performs an FQDN refresh every 30 minutes, conducting an NS lookup to populate this object with resolved IP addresses.
• Beginning with PAN-OS 12.1.2, you can optionally enable Load-balanced DNS for an FQDN address object. When Load-Balanced DNS support is enabled for an FQDN object, the network security platform can maintain an aggregate list of up to 100 resolved IP addresses per domain.
