Hi Kevin,
The default is actually 5007 for a standard User-ID install. While the firewall can still identify it on any port, it should probably be fixed. You can submit any change requests (or additions) to this page:
http://researchcenter.paloaltonetworks.com/submit-an-application/
You are also welcome to open a case with support to have it tracked that way too.
