Hello,
I have a WebEx Server hosted behind a PA FW. I need to apply QoS for it. Currently, I have a NAT in place to NAT the WebEx Public IP to the Server Private IP, Destination NAT is applied. Is it applicable to apply QoS for such traffic? I need to ensure WebEx stability despite the utilization.

Hello,
It would only work for users on the inside of your network. Any QoS tags on a packet are stripped by the ISP and internet routers. So you can QoS your internal network, but nothing going over the internet.

Hello OtakarKlier,
Thank you for your clarification. So, if I understand correctly, I will apply the QoS on the DMZ Interface (facing the WebEx), and will only be applied on internal subnets. If I want to apply it, should I ask the ISP to apply the QoS on my traffic?

Hello,
It wouldnt matter. When the ISP hands it off to the next one, the tags get striped so its really not worth the effort. If there are issues, increase bandwidth.
