shown below is my log storage quota settings. My traffic logs can show past 16 days data but URL filtering logs has only past 8 days data. how can I ensure I store same log retention period for traffic and URL filtering? log db.PNG

log retention is not only counted in days but also in mega/gigabytes assigned to the log database

if you are not able to meet your 16 days of retention because logs are deleted sooner, this means you are running out of space for that particular database

you'll need to increase the size or decrease overall logging (turn off logging for unimportant categories)

Yes, i agree but why are my traffic logs stored longer than URL? where can I make the changes to have same retention period for both URL and traffic logs?

This is because the URL log database is filling up faster so older logs need to be deleted sooner to make room for newer logs

This can only be fixed by increasing the size of the url log database, or logging less url transactions

can you please indicate the url log quota in the screenshot attached? I'd greatly appreciate that.

thanks.
