Seems we can not login top the Cortex XDR portal.. We also can not get to our Support Cases. We see an "Unauthorized. Error 4011 when trying to log into the Cortex XDR tenant.
Then trying to get to support tickets.... we see... Salesforce... Single Sign On Error... We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.
Anyone else having these issues? Multiple IT Staff here having these issues. And no way to open a support ticket. Phone Support process leads me to a dead end... We have Premium Support on everything.
