Authorization code issue

L3 Networker

Hi,

I’m facing problem when trying to activate licenses with the authorization code

We have 2 PA  NFR 3020, I succeed to activate licenses in the first one , in the second one it told me that the authorization code is already active ( knowing that paloalto send us the same auth for both)

the screenshot below NFR-auth.PNG

Regards,

Sarah

Hi Sarah,

I would suggest you to contact Palo Alto for resolution. Auth code issues are hard to solve on forums. Hope this helps. Thank you.

you cannot use same code for both.

Are you sure you renewed licenses for both device ?

You should contact paloalto to solve that.

Hi Atelcome,

Which means auth code is tied with another serial number. Call PANW support line or email on support@paloaltonetworks.com.

So, they can dis-associate existing serial number and associate new serial number.
