Block Download manager

Please let me know how can i block internet download manager on palo Alto firewall.

I dont have URL filtering license but have valid Threat Pevention license.

I'm not sure what you mean, but I think you want to turn off the automated downloads on the PA firewall.  Your control this from:

Device Tab > Dynamic Updates menu

Then select the desired frequency and time of updates on each category listed

or you can turn off automatic updates on any category
